About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary

After visiting this dept many times as I am very accident prone, the service & care offered/given is fantastic. I have complete faith & trust in this dept. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen. The knowledge/care of the team is better than my own GP. My own work colleagues did not know of this dept after suffering waiting for a 2 week GP appointment. I have been so impressed by the care I have received past & present I have contacted the NHS directorate with the individual nurses names & details/info. They have went above & beyond there roles. Its a shame other NHS outlets do not follow suit regarding the above. Well done MIU!
