"Excellent, Professional, Outstanding"

I brought my husband to A&E on 1 January 2015 and from the receptionist at the desk through to the porters who brought him to the ward, I can honestly say this hospital and all it's staff were fantastic. The waiting time in A&E through to being admitted was less than 3 hours, which included having blood results returned and xrays done etc. The care given to my husband during his short stay was, in my opinion, outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and the respect that the staff show to the patients is amazing. The hospital is one of the cleanist we have been in. Overall the care and professionalism shown during my husband's short stay was nothing short of amazing. Keep up the excellent work Whiston Hospital.
