Family member was rushed to a and e with suspected stroke was taken to resuss stabilised ct scanned that confirmed no stroke and quickly diagnosed and anti biotics administered via Iv for uti and kidney infection then transferred to Mau for further treatment all within 3 hours.
I would like to thank your a and e staff for looking after my motherinlaw so quickly and effectively and hopefully she will be home in a few days.
Please thank all staff from New Year's Day morning for their efforts I am a hca with another trust and understand the pressures that the service is under and you should be very proud of your staff.
Please thank Mau and ward 12 staff for their efforts as well
