(as a relative),

My mum was admitted to the minors ward after she was involved in a car accident on in early January and I must say the care she and me and my brother as concerned family members received was second to none. You would think we were the only patients in that ward with the amount of attention and care we had... When actually the ward was extremely busy.

When my mum wasn't ready to be discharged as soon as they hoped there was no mention of her going home to make a bed for the next possible patient only concern and readiness to help her back in her feet.

110% thank you to all the staff that made a horrible experience more bearable.

Thank you very much for your kind comments about the care and attention your mother received following the car accident she was involved in. We are pleased to read that what was a nasty experience was made bearable for you all because of the care and help she received from the staff. We all hope that she is now fully recovered.
