"Visit to A&E on Boxing Day"

An unexpected visit to A&E on Boxing Day provided my elderly father-in-law with excellent care and attention. The staff were pleasant and efficient, he was triaged promptly, and then the attention he needed was provided without too much wait. We were listened to, and communicated with excellently. Thank you to all A&E staff on duty that evening.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. A&E staff, of course, have to work around the clock and on every bank holiday. So hearing some really positive feedback helps to make their extra efforts very worthwhile.
