About: Specialist Nursing Services / Special needs dental service/Community Dental Service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Toothache since Christmas day. Not with a Dentist because of fear and bad experience of Dentist when young. 3 days of pain relief so went to walk in centre, no Dentist was available so was sent to Hucknall Health Centre where I was seen within 2 hours. Made to feel at ease. Brilliant, caring, very good and gave me an X-ray.

I'm sorry to hear you have a fear of the dentist and suffered pain since christmas day.

It was unfortunate that no appointments were still available when you attended the Walk In centre but I'm pleased the staff there managed to arrange for you to be seen quickly at Hucknall.

Its great you managed to let them look and take an x-ray.
