"The paramedics were rude"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

They came to my house as I became ill they were very rude and spoke to me like dirt shouting at me to keep still when I was in agony.

They did not help me to get into the ambulance just stood back and let me struggle and in the ambulance the woman was horrible. I was feeling sick and she eventually shoved a bowl in my face and kept asking me to move my arm very aggressively.

I felt like I was a nuisance.

They took me to Cheltenham General Hospital.
