The peace and quite gave me time to bring to fell able to cope with outside life/ issues that I needed to deal with
Could possibly have a leaflet for friends and family to explain in simple terms what the sanctuary is about and how it is there to help loved ones
I. e my family thought that I would be getting treatment from outside agency rather than being here was more about my safety and being able to talk to staff and crisis team and get advice outside agency as needed
Could do with double beds
