"orthopaedic department excellent"

as an outpatient I could not expect a better service. The system where a barcode is on the appointment letter is brilliant. Just scan it and the department instantly know you have arrived. By the time I made my way to the department someone called out my name to be shown to another small bay to wait. There is no doubt the staff appear to be very busy but were always pleasant. Lovely volunteers as well. Beautiful bright building. Chaos outside as building works going on still and parking places a premium so really appreciated that my husband dropped me off rather than me getting stressed trying to find a space. This experience was on two separate occasions. Well done Southmead and NHS!
