We were extremely grateful for a professional and helpful service provided by NHS111 for our 20 year old son who was very unwell. They directed us to St Pancras Hospital Bloomsbury Building, Out-of-Ours GP service (hub 7) on 29th December'14. Unfortunately the GP who saw our son was very rude and she refused to talk to us because our son was 20. Whilst we understand that she may have followed the procedures, the way she approached us made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. She needs to be given the feedback in order to change her attitude and manners if possible as no rule provides people with right to be rude. We only asked how our son was.
"Great NHS111 service but a very rude doctor!"
