My elderly mother attended Charring Cross A&E on Christmas Day and was treated with absolute dignity and respect by the staff in A&E. This was a very traumatic experience for my mother and accordingly the hospital experience at the hands of the A&E staff was thorough and dignified. One can but commend the dedication and professionalism encountered.
