About: Holme Valley Memorial Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

Following 12 months of treatment I had an operation on my foot.

I cannot say thank you enough to Mr Finney and and all in the department. Throughout the treatment and the operation the support, advice and friendliness were superb.
