"Lovely doctor in A and E"

Had to take my 84 year old mum to A and E on recommendation of MDoc and found it very efficient. Admittedly we were there at 9.30 on a Sunday morning but we saw a triage nurse almost immediately and then a doctor within an hour. The doctor was so lovely to my mum without talking down to her and when he said he'd be back in 20 minutes he was! When we left it was very very busy but all staff were working well under enormous pressure. Long live the NHS and thank you PRUH!
