I underwent elective C -section at Airedale hospital. However my baby had an unexpected complication and was in SCBU for a few days. It was a difficult time for both my husband and I as we were not prepared for it. The support and service provided by the staff both in theatre, neonatal unit and Obstetric unit were excellent. We were both well looked after and baby recovered remarkably well. Staff were all well experienced and prompt in dealing with the situation. We are very grateful to everything that was done for us.
