I have had a poor experience using the complaints service at City Hospital.
Initially there was no acknowledgement of the complaint. Then there was misrepresentation about contacts, misunderstanding of issues raised and delay.
I have also had to use my MP as an advocate and make requests quoting the data protection act and freedom of information requests
