I feel compelled to leave a thank you for the people that advised me last night from the 111 service. I suffered some nasty burns to my hand and thanks to their skilled advice, warmth and comprehensive check, I have woken this morning to find what I'd consider to be an absolute best case scenario, far beyond what I'd hoped for.
I feel hugely grateful to have such care at the touch of three buttons, at no charge, whenever it's needed - so much so that I decided to leave this thank you.
