Lovely, helpful receptionist who I phoned prior to visit and saw when we arrived. Attended to amazingly quickly. Well organised department. Very friendly, helpful, patient staff. Saw a brilliant Sister who was amazing with my very distressed, uncooperative 4 year old daughter who didn't want to be treated. Spoke directly to my little girl and had the most lovely bedside manner. My daughter really responed to her and was really put at her ease. Definitely National Health Service at it's best. Thank you
