"Rude & Disrespectful receptionists"

Disgusted with the attitude of the receptionists! They are rude! I noticed on more than one occasion, the receptionists mocking patients. It does not give the best impression of the A&E as a whole. Other than that, I received excellent service from the nurses and doctors once I was seen to! :)
