- The referral system was new to me
- A leaflet was given to me (following up on my x-ray) by my doctor and said I would hear from TRAQs in the next 2-3 weeks. (Note I am used to my doctors approach, straight to the point and quick)
- I had phone call (asking me) giving me an appointment date which I said yes to – I was pleased.
- I am lucky the clinic is only 1-2 miles away and my appointment was very quick
- It all worked well – not many explanations, but I was very grateful and it allowed me to have a physio appointment with someone who was excellent. The physio was very thorough, not rushed, it was great and I came away very appreciative and I am saying thank you for the system.
