"Appalling appointments system"

About: Homerton University Hospital

I was asked by hospital consultant to make a physio appoinment ...I am already registered and had previously had treatment from physio. Told when I rang up that the staff move on every three months and i could not see person I have seen before. New person was fully booked for January and could not give any appointments for February...until the week before, when I shall be abroad!
