"After accident and leaving me in pain"

About: Salford Royal

I had an accident and my knee was fractured. After a few weeks sitting at home and waiting for MRI, my legs started to change colour and began to swell very bad. I went to orthopaedic clinic and they send me to A&E. I couldn't eat or drink, and I had a fever. After about four hours a Dr saw me, which was at 7 pm, I was in hospital from that morning. The Dr told me that I may have blood clot and they must do scan tomorrow morning. I was told that I need to inject, and the Dr said I've wrote a prescription. Then I was waiting for a Nurse to come to discharge me but no one showed up. I waited for half an hour, then an hour, then an hour and a half but no one came. I was in pain and couldn't move, and frustrated of being in there for very long hours. I start ask nurses to discharge me and it seems they even didn't know I was there. A nurse came and said I just came and I don't know, then left me and it happened for two other nurses too. After a long time of nagging them they discharged me, but they even didn't take the needle out of my hand, and they didn't collect my prescription from hospital pharmacy which was now closed. When I get home I called hospital to ask about what the Dr had written down but each time someone just hung up on me without talking. Then I waited and called them again after few minutes and asked to talk to a manager. After waiting for a long time and explaining my problem to three more people, I finally spoke to one member of staff who said I'm head of A&E that night and seemed to knew me because they were one of the nurses who discharged me. After long talking the nurse promised me tomorrow morning the hospital transport will come and take me for my scan. The nurse promised me that they would sort out my appointment. The day after as I was expecting the transport to the hospital but no one showed up and when I called hospital and spoke to ambulance team they've told me no one booked anything for me. It was very sad, bad, disgusting, and since then when ever I wanted to talk about my problem in hospital they rejected me it is very avios no one want accept that. Now over 6 weeks passed from accident I have blood clot infection and still waiting for the MRI!!!!
