"'Emergency dental service'"

About: Crawley Hospital / Emergency Dental Service

Saturday morning was advised to phone the out of hours dental service at Crawley hospital at 8.30am as my partner had broken his tooth and was in a lot of pain.

Started phoning from 8.30 but kept getting the engaged tone, after phoning non stop I finally got through at 9.40am and was rudely told that I should of phoned earlier and all the appointments had gone. Even after explaining that I had been trying all morning to get through I was told to phone haywards Heath, no number or name was given and the call ended.

Poor service and rude receptionist makes us fairly received that haywards Heath health centre could fit us in!
