My 92 year old Mother was admitted recently to Ward 7 for a Knee Operation. The Operation was a great success and my Mother made a very quick recovery thanks to the support and care she received from all the Staff. The constant excellent medical help and professional care given to my mother was a credit to the Hospital and NHS in particular. Special mention to the physiotherapist who, I felt, went out of her way in helping my Mother with suitable after-care. It has to be said, however, that everyone in the medical ward she came in contact with took to their duties with a wonderful attitude.

Dear Sir /Madam, Thank you so much for taking the time to give the multidisciplinary team on ward 7 this lovely feedback. I am so glad that your Mother got the excellent care and attention she deserved. I do hope that a new knee at 92 years of age gives her some welcome comfort and support just in time for the festive celebrations. The ward team and physiotherapist will be really chuffed to hear that she has continued to recover so well at home. We are exceptionally proud of our staff - we know how hard they work and how much they care about meeting the needs of all the patients and families they care for.
