Arrived @ ward4 at 8am. Had breakfast, then lunch @ 12. Still only 1 page arrived via fax. Nurse called down for notes more than 3 times, still nothing. Nurse leaves @ 330pm, think I may go with her via A&E. May take me a while tho chest pains while walking but hey, I can take the pain...
"Waiting for notes to arrive from A&E!"
