"A&E wait"

I was referred to A&E by Leek Minor Injuries Clinic in the summer. There were only 6 people in front of me, No emergency cases were rushed in. I waited nearly 3 hours to be seen. No-one came to inform us about the wait or expected time of being seen. We were left totally in the dark. When I was seen I, like some of the people in front of me were out within minutes. Not good service, Not good treatment of patients. Not to mention car parking difficulties & charges!
