I attended A&E with my seven year old daughter this week. I'm sure she will never forget the wonderful staff and I am sure for a while they will remember 'Knitting Nancy Girl'. The staff were fantastic, professional and kind. I am very grateful for their calmness and patience when she became disorientated and frightened and of course for freeing her finger!
