"Amazing experience at ENT at Bedford Hospital"

I had a tonisillectomy at Bedford Hospital almost 3 weeks ago and i am utterly floored by just how amazing the staff were who cared for me. The ENT department is amazing. The standard of care was remarkable right from my first clinic appointment (which was booked as a same day emergency appointment), to my seeing the consultant, to the incredibly friendly and caring staff during my stay on the ward for my operation, to my post-operative care which included open access to the ENT ward and finally to the not one but two phone calls i received from the consultantl to check in on me as the recovery progressed. I honestly cannot say enough how incredible my care has been, and in particular how remarkable the consultant's attentiveness and concern over each phase of my treatment was. I am one very grateful patient.
