"not happy"

I waited a long time for the appointment for an assessment, and then went to the wrong place as the letter did not tell me where to go, had my assessment but was not happy with the outcome, I felt that I was wasting there time, that is the way they made me feel, and I was not in control at any time, I am still suffering and I am know further forward, I must say for a state of the art facility I didn't find it very good.
