"The Central Treatment Suite"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

I have visited the Central Treatment Suite (CTS) for treatment thirteen times in a period of five years and whilst there have at times been "minor hiccups" I cannot speak too highly of the staff and the sister in charge. I am quite an outspoken person (but not rude) and there has always been a "willing ear". I understand that there have been recent staffing problems which are now mainly consigned to history but I feel certain that the staff will have done everything in their power to minimise the impact on patients. I am confident that when I visit CTS next month I shall be treated with the same respect that I have always encountered. Keep up the good work CTS!

Dear 'David Pennell'

We are so pleased with this feedback, especially at this busy time of year.

Seasons come and go and patients are always our top priority and giving quality care is what our department and hospital always aim for.

This comment will, like others boost staff morale and will be shared with the team.

Thank you and best wishes

Phyllis Dunn

Clinical Lead

CTS
