I have been on my landline ringing ward 90 to speak to one of the staff based on that ward. I have been waiting on the phone for 26 mins and still no answer. The switchboard then cut me off! I must confess after being a regular supporter at HRI supporting our Service Users I have witnessed staff ignoring the phone rarely due to being busy but due more to can't being bothered and because the staff are chatting about their weekend plans!
