"Excellent Care"

I was admitted to North Tees on the 15th December 2014. From walking through the door the care and support I received was excellent. I had been admitted under the care of the consultant and their team for a Gastric Bypass and the whole experience was made as comfortable and stress free as possible for me. Previously I had been referred to the Bariatric team who gave me instructions on preparing for the operation and what I needed to be aware of.I was included in all decisions about my care and everything was explained in a clear and easily understandable way. After the operation I was taken to ward 31 where again the care and support was excellent. I would like to thank everyone for the way I was treated and made to feel valued as a patient. I would appreciate these comments be passed onto the teams concerned. Thank You.
