"12 week dating scan"

I visited the maternity unit twice to have dating scans and a twelve week scan. The sonographer was absoultuely amazing. She was very kind and caring. She introduced herself and the student, she was friendly and smiley. She talked me and my husband through the scan as it was our first experience and first pregnancy. I also really struggled with drinking so much water in preparation for the scan as i was suffering with morning sickness, she was extremely sympathetic and made me feel at ease. There was a mistake made from the admit department and the initial appointment was made 3 weeks early. However the sonographer appologised for the mistake and carried out the scan anyway. Great experience! Looking forward to seeing her again!
