"Not taken seriously, having to chase up results..."

About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

I was seen in neurology in august 2013 and had an MRI arranged and referred to a genetics clinic. The doctor laughed at me wanting to be referred to a genetics clinic. He also made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously and that there couldn't be anything wrong with me. I had to chase up the results of the mri and when I did eventually hear all I had was a very brief letter, no advice. I am now trying to find out what has happened to my referral because I have heard nothing, my GP told me to phone neurology, the neurology receptionist couldn't help me and put me through to the secretary of the dr I saw in neurology but this line was busy and eventually I had to hang up. Have emailed pals in hope they can help me but I am not happy at all with this doctor.
