I have been in pain for 3 days no sleep for two nights in agonizing pain, last night i had found my tooth has cracked in half exposing all the nerves nothing would cure it, a friend told me about the liverpool dental Hospital so i rang up this morning 8.35 and was told to come down as early as i could,... great i got a taxi from eastham wirral £18 got there was told to wait, i waited and was then told they do not take people in on wednesdays ? What ? after i was told to come down. I was told "the nurse should not have told me to come down" To the hospital.... im sure you all do a great job there but for gods sake at least make sure your staff know and give the right information out it would save people time money and pain What a wast of time. Very Angry If you are thinking of using this service when you ring.... Ask for the name of the person you are talking too, write it down.At least then you can point a finger at someone. make sure they know you are coming and for what, or you too will have a very painfull experience. Dental dept ( the option below does not have this)
