I slipped off my armchair like a child comes off a chute! I couldn’t get up off the floor, so I shuffled around to try and find something I could pull myself up on, but it didn’t happen. I then called the 111 service.
The advice I received was excellent and they responded quickly to me. Two women came round and checked me over, making sure my ankles and knees were okay, then they picked me up.
They put me back in my chair and carried out some tests.
