(as the patient),

I was very pleased with the treatment I received, this is the second time I have been to the clinic – I wasn’t sure how I felt the first time as the person I saw was a bit abrupt. I know they were very busy and had lots of people to see on that day, this time it felt busy but a bit more relaxed and the podiatrist wasn’t so rushed.
