"The way in which he was treated was excellent"

My son had dental treatment at the hospital yesterday. The way in which he was treated was excellent. They provided an excellent service, all the staff were brilliant. My son is 4 years old and this could have been a very traumatic experience but they made it a really good experience. Because he is so young they treated him with extra care and were lovely – Esther, Rob and Sandra were brilliant.

In fact they all were, the anesthetists were so thoughtful and reassuring. My son had a bit of a cold and has asthma so I was concerned how this would affect him. The anesthetists gave him a very thorough examination and talked to me to make sure, as a mother, I was comfortable with their assessment and proposed treatment.

I would not hesitate in recommending this service to other people and would say to them not to be reluctant or nervous about using it.
