(as the patient),

Arrived at 1pm at Crawley Hospital and made to feel fully at ease by everyone. The standard of care was excellent and consistent across the whole team with a real effort to ensure my treatment was as pleasant as possible. The personal approach was above and beyond and enabled me to be home by that evening with my family.

Friendly, Professional, Caring, Personal in approach, Attention to detail through the surgical process taking into full consideration my personal welfare and comfort -- a huge round of applause from me!

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
