I attended the day surgery unit in mid-December 2014 for the removal of a cyst on my neck, the reception staff were pleasant and helpful and I found the surroundings to be bright, clean and calming.

Once taken to see the doctor everything was explained to me in a clear way and I was asked if I had any questions. I then went to have my procedure done and I felt no pain or even mild discomfort, the staff all chatted to me and gave their names and put me fully at ease. I was given care instructions following the procedure and again asked if I had understood everything.

I can only say the unit, staff and care I received were wonderful and I would be happy to recommend all concerned.
