I have regular infusions at the general, and am always impressed with the care I recieve there. The nurses and staff are really helpful,friendly and efficient. But today I was even more impressed, as with 11wards on Isolation with the Norris virus and on half staff as they were needed elsewhere, 2staff ran the whole ward and they still remained cheerful and efficant. They are amazing.

Thank you for your kind comments about the care you receive when you attend for your regular infusions and particularly on the last occasion when staff were working under such pressure. We will share your feedback with them which I know they will really appreciate.
