From the very first moment starting with my xray then MRI scan the staff made me feel totally at ease .Then through to my consultation with my surgeon who I have to say was excellent ..Even though I was an NHS patient and not a private patient ,I was treated as though I was as important ..Date of operation came round extremely quickly .On the day of the op I was admitted as a day stay patient and was given a private room .Tv own toilet and shower, only thing is the room was freezing .Staff here was excellent also looking after me really well and checking on me all day..Op went well and after care like physio etc was all a much better experience thanks to the caring and professional staff ..
