"X-Ray Department"

I had a referral from my GP for a CT scan on my chest at the X-Ray department 5.45 PM on the 25 November. I will admit after some previous poor experiences at Sandwell General I was reluctant to attend after specifically asking no to be sent there. In this case, I have to admit I was really happy with the pleasant and efficient way I was looked after. I was taken in on time and though many attempts were made to insert a cannula, everyone was so kind and explained everything to me. A consultant eventually got it sorted and I was soon in the scanner room. Unfortunately, I have a terrible memory for names, I would like to place on record my thanks for all the kindness, care and friendly manner I received by the duty staff that evening. I will look back on it as a positive experience and change my attitude to attending this hospital in the future.
