"A big thank you!"

My experience with Basildon Hospital has been excellent. I was referred to a consultant neurologist, who spent time explaining things to me and sent me for tests which, thank goodness, found that one of my heart valves was not working properly, thus causing other problems. I was booked into the new Cardiothoracic Centre for a heart valve replacement and I could not have asked for better care. The staff were fantastic and made the experience less frightening than it could have been. All I can say now is a big thank you to everyone involved! Kay Walker
