I came on a Thursday morning at 9.30 and was in and out in an hour and a half including 2 trips to X-ray and 3 nurse consultations. The specialist nurse was great and even though it ended up being a soft tissue injury, I felt much more confident having had it checked out. The only thing I would mention is a bit odd is the entrance where you have to phone to the main A+E to book - might be a bit awkward if it's something embarrassing as you have to speak quite loudly right imat the edge of the waiting room. I would definitely recommend the service.
