"If i was parking here as a one off i would not be..."

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

If i was parking here as a one off i would not be so miffed but i have been coming for three and a half weeks now and staying for hours on end to be with my mother who has very little time left. No i cannot afford five pound per day parking ,so i found a small area that gets used for nothing and i have been parking there, no yellow lines not a path not an obstruction not grass and no signs saying no parking so thanks for the parking fine

Hello, we're sorry to hear that you've been put in this position and we agree that your parking should be free in this instance. If you can contact ian.stafford@ghnt.nhs.uk he can arrange to have your parking fine cancelled. If you speak to the charge nurse on the ward you are visiting, they have the discretion to offer free parking. We hope this helps.
