I presented to the walk in centre this morning with a cough and breathing difficulties. The clinical lead who treated me was fantastic and really did look after me. Thank you for all the time and trouble you went to! PS - Despite your telephone call, when I got to the GP surgery following your referral, the GP receptionist sent me away and told me to go back 90 minutes later! When I did see the doctor it was very productive but I wasn't amused by being sent away when I first arrived, especially as I was wheezing quite badly again by then. Definitely better service from you!
