I accompanied my partner for a series of tests at the Urology department at Broadgreen on Wednesday 10th December 2014. My wait was long, so I had many opportunities to observe life in the urology out-patients department. At one point a nurse noticed I had been there a while and made me a cup of coffee. The sheer humanity, kindness, tact and sense of 'healing' this staff gave out was extraordinary. This group of doctors and nurses, all of the staff couldn't have been more helpful, lighthearted or purposeful. Thank you.
