"some of the nurses on maple suit have serious bad..."

The telephone manner of some of the female nurses is disgusting and the way my brother is treated there is terrible. He has cystic fibrosis and it takes them numerous times just to fit in a canula line in his arm leaving him covered in blood. I phoned and asked politely to speak to my brother and was absolutely gob smacked the way she spoke to me , no I won't put you through I'm not a secretary we need to keep this line free for patients... Sure my brother is a patient and was trying to arrange getting home. Didn't even give me a chance to say anything and slammed the phone down!
