My GP has referred me for physiotherapy service and I had letter from CReSS on in September 2014. In a letter, it was mentioned that clinic will review my referral and arrange an appointment. Also it says, if I do not hear from clinic within two weeks after receiving a letter to ring.
I could not contact over the telephone(number has changed) so I went there and I was told that there is some delay and I will here in couple of weeks. In total I went three times so far to the clinic and similar reply each time.
It is nearly three months now and I am still waiting, I do not know how long! ! ! ! !
