"Fast, helpful and such lovely staff"

After being turned away from Kingston out of hours doctors due to the receptionist having no appointments. I went in on Sunday morning to critical care, saw a wonderful GP almost immediately, who diagnosed my quickly with an appendicitis and got me into ward 19 where within a few hours I had been put in a bed and was going down for an operation. All the staff I had any dealings with were wonderful and I got discharged today (Monday) I feel very lucky to have had an experience like this with such wonderful professionals.
